CloudPlexo implemented a full customer support setup built on AWS for EliteStans. This setup brings everything together; an AI chatbot, personalized assistance based on customer’s needs, human escalation capabilities when automation can no longer handle the workload, clear analytics, and a smart feedback system that helps everything get better over time.
We created an architecture that leverages AWS’s generative AI services to transform traditional customer service operations into an intelligent, scalable system that significantly enhances customer experience while reducing operational costs.
Here’s a breakdown of each implementation and the services we used:
First, we built a smart virtual assistant for EliteStans, which is the first line of support. It serves as the primary customer interface, handling natural language queries and providing intelligent responses.
So, when a customer reaches out via web or mobile chat, the assistant can understand the question, look up info, and reply in real time.
Amazon Lex – Natural language understanding service that powers the conversational interface
AWS Lambda – Processes user inputs, orchestrates the conversation flow, and integrates with backend services
DynamoDB – Stores conversation state, user context, and chatbot configuration
AWS Bedrock – Foundation model service that powers advanced generative AI capabilities
Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL) – Stores structured data needed for addressing complex customer queries
S3 Bucket (Data Source) – Houses documents, knowledge base content, and unstructured data
Next, we added personalization using Amazon Personalize. Let’s say a customer had a past order or browsed certain items, now the system remembers that and uses it to give smarter, more relevant responses.

AWS Lambda – Processes personalization logic and orchestrates the workflow
DynamoDB – Stores customer profiles and personalization configurations
AWS Glue – Performs ETL operations to prepare data for personalization

Data Flow: Customer identifiers are passed to the Personalized Assistance module
API Gateway routes the request to Lambda
Lambda retrieves customer profile from DynamoDB
Personalize service generates tailored recommendations or responses
Lambda integrates these recommendations into the final response
No matter how smart AI gets, sometimes you just want to talk to a person. So we integrated Amazon Connect, a cloud-based contact center that lets human agents step in when needed.
It enables seamless transition to human agents when automated systems cannot resolve customer issues. So, when a customer gets transferred, the agent already sees the full conversation history and no need to start over.

After each interaction, we give customers a chance to leave feedback. That feedback goes into a loop powered by AWS Comprehend, which reads the sentiment (happy? frustrated?) and helps the system get better over time.
